Inspired by Tom_Rocks' thread, I was going to make it "Best Star Wars villain", but you'd be a retard not to pick Vader. Therefore, I'm leaving him off this poll as well, for obvious reasons.
My vote goes to Grievous. Wtf was he about, anyway ? And, yeh, I don't care that he was meant to "Mirror Anakin's transformation" or whatever. He's just such a sh!tty villain I don't even care.
I have a soft spot for Maul, even though he makes all the same mistakes. Boring ass character with no depth outside of his cool lightsaber.. Atleast Maul did something important within the story. Grievous was horrible.
And leave Kylo Ren alone. He was great.

so you mean the leader of the dark side... and by worst you mean 'baddest'.
in general, what first came to mind in terms of leaders and in terms of 'suckiest': Jabba the Hutt without a doubt. he just sat there and had people do all his dirty work for him! sounds like my ap.

This thread is muddled to the point of being nonsensical.
Everyone knows Kyle O'Ren is by the far the lamest and dumbest and weakest villain in any movie ever released.

Good villains don't undermine their own movies, let alone entire franchise. So the mewling quim it is. Grievous can't compare. He was filler. Great in the 2D Clone Wars but that doesn't count.

Good villains don't undermine their own movies, let alone entire franchise. So the mewling quim it is. I remember discussing TFA with a friend a few days after seeing it. Shortly into the conversation we were debating what the stupidest part of it was, and he made a strong case for Kyle O'Ren: "The very idea of the Kylo Ren character self-consciously styling himself as the arch-villain of his own life for the sake of their being a 'poor man's Darth Vader' in the movie he seems almost aware of being in is so stupid, so cynical, and so completely insulting to one's intelligence as to warrant walking straight out of the theater." He had a point.

And leave Kylo Ren alone. He was great. Agreed. He was great. He was a DORK.

Agreed! Worst written character portrayed by a terrible and cartoony looking actor. Indeed. I hate his stupid face. And yet J.J Abrams thought that we would tremble in fear at the sight of this villain. LOL! I doubled over in laughter when his face appeared on-screen. His childish tantrums were even more hilarious. Maybe it was his ugly mug that necessitated Abrams to stick a helmet on his head for no logical reason.

Grevious is easily the worst.
PS. Why isn't this in the Star Wars section?

To me, Ben Solo was an adolescent rebelling against his family that got trapped in the persona he built as part of that rebellion and grew up. Eventually that persona, Kylo Ren, was pretty much all that was left. Sometimes that piece of his original identity rises up against the lie kindled by Snoke that has taken him over, but is usually subdued. Kylo still has trouble "escaping the truth that is his family", AKA that "call to light" and always will.
Grievous had a cough and 4 light sabers.

Grevious is easily the worst. PS. Why isn't this in the Star Wars section? And when, exactly, does Grievous get the ever-living shit kicked out of him by a totally untrained, chud-faced "muggle" who randomly stole a lightsaber that didn't belong to her like the little street urchin that she is? Because that happens to Kyle O'Ren, and it was abjectly and utterly pathetic. I seem to recall him being a badass, cold-blooded murderer and literally taking no prisoners. So.

Grievous had a cough and 4 light sabers. Too bad you had to come up with that yourself and "brought it to" the film rather than, you know, decent-to-good writing actually bearing any of it out, apart from those specific, super hack lines that you quoted that don't really mean anything and certainly not everything you delineated. That's at least cogent, though. YOU should write the next two episodes.

I seem to recall him being a badass, cold-blooded murderer and literally taking no prisoners. So. He's an uninteresting, annoying cartoon character who spends the majority of his only fight scene running away (on a spinning wheel that grows legs and gallops around like a horse, lolwtf).

BUT HE FIGHTS WITH FOUR LIGHTSABERS!!!!!1 for like four seconds before getting punked out.
