like i just want to see a normal superhero movie with a non-CGI villain.
I want to DC to make a Batman movie that shows more of Gotham, i wanna see villains like Joker, Penguin, Riddler

I don't care if it's in something like the Avengers; big movie big story big stakes. I get it. But something like say an Antman film, it's overkill;though the movie avoids it for the most part as I remember.

Well, it makes sense that a big team-up movie would be about the world in danger and not, like, Lex Luthor's tax evasion. But I agree for solo films, especially ones in "shared universes" where you're constantly questioning why the others don't show up to help.

I agree. The only movie to really get it right so far is the original Avengers.

I agree. The only movie to really get it right so far is the original Avengers. They actually got it wrong. That was a team-up movie where there was no end of the world plot. The plot was just a bunch of powerless aliens invading 1 city (not even the most populous city on Earth). Those aliens had no powers at all and, considering the fact that all it took was 1 nuclear missile from the military to defeat all of them, were not threat at all to take over the world or put an end to the world.
Seriously, how the hell would it be possible for aliens without any superpowers to take over the entire world when all it takes is 1 nuclear missile from the military to defeat all of them? Why is an entire team of Avengers even needed when all it took was 1 nuclear missile from the military to defeat all of them?

I agree. The only movie to really get it right so far is the original Avengers. It looked like Whedon was making a Michael Bay movie, only worse

Meanwhile, the redshirt Parademons, bunch of powerless bugs decided to attack the least populated village in fake Chernobyl. Not much of a threat there, huh?!?!

Well it only took 4 messages to turn this into a Marvel vs DC thing.

also the villains in these movies r barely a threat. Joker was more menacing than these big CGI monsters.

will we ever see joker, riddler, penguin in the DCEU batman movies? Hopefully in some of the planned "Bat Universe" movies; Gotham city Sirens, The Batman, Harley Quinn, Batgirl, Nightwing, etc.

Having seen Justice League, a revenge scheme by the Legion of Doom (which is even hinted at in a postcredits scene) would have been far more interesting.

I Agree. To me it's cheap in superhero movies but one that pisses me off is in the recent Star Trek series. Spoiler time : In 2 back to back movies, they drive the Enterprise straight into trouble and it blows up, killing hundreds if not thousands of crew members except for Kirk and his best buddies. I mean, how many times are they gonna sacrifice the whole ship and staff? It's ridiculous .

They actually got it wrong. That was a team-up movie where there was no end of the world plot. There was, the Avengers just got lucky that the nuke temporarily stalled the scout force long enough to hold off the real invaders.
