Ronaldinho is another glaring omission.
Agree Casillas is way overrated.
And also, would anyone think Pique and Puyol were the best defenders if they were playing for any other team? Don't get me wrong, good players who were well suited for their roles, but without wanting to be too English centric better than Rio, Terry, Stam etc?

Well Gerard’s inclusion is as weird as 9 classicos .. it’s a uefa CL team of the century....
Ashley Cole is in there as the best lb if you wanna talk Englishman.

The century is 17 ( almost 18 ) years old. It's far too early to name the team of the century.
The team of the century should be named on the 31 of December 2099 when its almost over.
Anyway i disgree with that team.
