I have watched this show from the very first episode! I was 13 yrs old back then and watched it with my Mum. I remember nearly all of the storylines too.
Fave couple was always Ridge/Brooke, but that's cause Ronn Moss & KKL had amazing chemistry.... she hasn't got it with Thorsten. I really wish they never brought Ridge back, and gave Thorsten a brand new character to play.
I'm currently hoping for a Bill/Brooke reunion... Ridge and Quinn can have each other!!

I watched this in the late 80's and early 90's. It had it's moments. Katherine lang was a goddess. I'm guessing Ridge finally married Brooke at some point. I haven't watched in 25 years. lol

I think the writer's strike started months ago in the B&B's writers room. They keep recycling the same story lines over and over and make the actors say basically the same lines over and over. For a show with a 30 minute time slot there is only 18 minutes of actual show and of that over half of it is repeating dialogue we're heard 10 times over already. It's pretty sad when you can say the dialogue before the character does. The whole show is so predictable. Who didn't know what was going to happen these past few episodes in Rome before they even aired. Liam would fly in at the last minute and catch Hope kissing Thomas ... BIG SURPRISE!! You knew that things weren't going to go smoothly because they have to have situation that creates the most drama/conflict going forward. On the surface it may look like Brooke and Ridge are getting their "Happy Ending" but you can almost see all the drama that will unfold when they get back home with Taylor. It would be nice if JUST ONCE they could come up with a storyline that completely surprised us and wasn't just a rehashing of the same ole same ole from years gone by!!

I believe that this lazy writing is happening on all of the soap operas that are still on the air. Perhaps with the scab writers who will be filling in during the strike will actually come up with some creative storylines. I don’t follow The Bold and The Beautiful anymore but I see the same thing happening on Days Of Our Lives.

Anybody wanna wager a bet that Liam will be convinced to go back and try and work things out with Hope ... only to find out down the road that she's now pregnant with Thomas' baby. It's almost laughable how predictable they are!!
