Tough choice between Bale's and Keaton's. I went Keaton because of the Chevy Impala platform it was based on. That's a hell of an engine for the time. It also has the best looks for me.
The Tumbler was more of a ground-up design, but that thing could haul ass as well (also Chevy based). They made a few of them for jumps/different stuff, but the basic design was driveable and apparently a lot of fun to whip around.
Jay Leno, noted car enthusiast, drove them both on his video series. He knows his stuff, so if you are interested in the nitty gritty mechanical details, the videos are worth a watch.

Keaton's by far. The one in the Nolan movies was a joke but I see a bunch of people voted for it probably just because they liked those movies.
