Or a few predictions from your favorite Death Lord. Fox Studios is going to get sold - to someone. Who cares who it will be. The sale will invalidate all past Marvel deals and Kev will get his full IP stack back in-house. Once the full Marvel IP stack is reintegrated, the Marvel Cinematic Universe will promptly collapse under its own weight as the studio rushes to get X and FF product out to the public. Kevin will move on and likely become the Star Wars boss while Kathleen moves up the Disney ladder having fulfilled her feminist Star Wars agenda. Which is working by the way.
Gunn will take over the ailing MCU but, he won't be able to save it. He'll eventually go back to creepy indie films with B list talent. DC will call it a day on the DCEU and go back to solo films. They will be very good. Marvel will flourish on the small screen with safer, non-controversial material on the new Disney streaming channel. Lord Death Man will never be used in a Batman movie and life will go on.

I don't see any of this happening.

I don't see any of this happening. I'm pretty sure Fox is going to sell but, ironically, it will have little or no impact on the MCU. I read somewhere that if they sell - to anyone - Disney automatically gets their IP rights back again. I think they may already have the FF rights back. How did Fox get Television rights for Legion and Gifted? Their original deal did not include TV. Marvel obviously gave them permission to do it in exchange for something and I believe that something was the FF. It's no coincidence that the Skrulls, a traditional cosmic FF villain, is in the MCU now.

They've been very smart about managing and I think there's still room for more.

You'd have to do some serious retconning. I don't think fans would buy it and the MCU is built on ambassadorship. The fans love it and then spread the word about it everywhere and then the masses join in. In contrast to the DCEU which is built on elitism - you must love these characters or you're either ignorant or uninformed.

It wouldn't be hard to explain away the sudden appearance of Mutants as The Infinity War "changing everything," especially if they make it clear that whatever mutants start showing are just now getting their powers and they're the first of their kind. Its not too late to bring the Fantastic Four into the MCU if you had pre-super powered Richard Reed and gang disappear and stuck in nimbo in the negative zone for decades to re-emerge in modern day, but now with their powers. From there, they could readjust to modern day ala Cap.
