It's a shame you all refuse to get behind Apocalypse. It's a great, underrated superhero movie. Everyone has far too many expectations. They want this from an X-Men movie, they want this from Apocalypse, they want this from the characters. Jesus. Why don't you assholes make these movies yourselves if you know so much about film and connecting to regular audiences??
The fact is there has never been a more emotional or dramatic moment in the MCU than when Magneto's family is killed. BUT that's about character right? Shallow characters that can only convey their character through cheap one-liners and piss poor attempts soap opera melodrama.

I enjoyed Apocalypse for what it was, and a few others mentioned the same as well. But Fox's problems have caught up with them apart from whether Apocalypse was good or not. And Disney is the one offering a way out. It's show biz.

Threads like these should be bronzed and mounted on the tombstone of the Fox X-Men universe. And where is @zackbop and his band of Disney-will-never-get-the-rights-back naysayers? I made them crow finger sandwiches. Hee hee hee...
