Me too. Sometimes I find myself watching some of the old interviews he did featuring various celebs on YouTube, and every time it makes me wish he was still doing the Late Late Show.

Me too. Big time. Late night has been dead to me since he left. The only other late night show I like is Connan but I dont have cable. But Craig will forever be the best.

It was the only American talk show I would watch regularly. I especially miss those moments when Craig and Geoff would corpse.
Used to love Craig back in the day especially when doing his stand-up as Bing Hitler..then he vanished. The Drew Carey Show (and Drew Carey) didn't really make any impact in the UK so was unaware of his success in the US....nice surprise to see him pop up and do his own talk show.

You're preaching to the choir here. I was just watching a YT clip the other day that had me crying/laughing between The Ferg and Robin Williams. Craig could totally hold his own with RW, how many comics can say that. They were cracking each other up totally. I miss Horse and Geoff the skeleton, and especially all the in-jokes and insanity.
Was never sure why he left, was it his idea or did CBS want a new host?
All the other shows kinda play it safe, Conan sometimes gets nearly as weird though.

Craig has a new standup special on Netflix. EDIT: CRAIG FERGUSON: TICKLE FIGHT was the usual Craig rambling silliness, a fun hour!

Whatever happened to his history channel show, the LIVE FREE OR DIE, I think it was called? I watched all but one episode (I missed the first one) and I really enjoyed it. Not only was his take refreshing to hear, but I'm a history nerd who loves having those kind of conversations and it was nice to have him back on my TV. I missed his humour.

Why did he leave?

I heard it was because he was tired of doing the same jokes, tired of being so tied down, and he didn't think the audience was any more thrilled than he was at how 'old' he felt the show was getting. I think, really, he just needed a breather. An extended vacation. I kept hoping he'd get a deal like Conan did, where he could have a show on like TBS, USA, or something. I can do a little bit of CONAN here and there, if the guest is really interesting and I've found myself liking Colbert more than I thought I would, but I haven't been able to find a Craig replacement. James Cordan isn't too bad though, he's not as annoying as Fallon or as flat as Kimmel can sometimes be(although, Kimmel is beginning to grow on me a little).

I've just been doing this^ tonight, as I discovered that someone was considerate enough to make a compilation video of all the times Alice Eve's been on (which was very thoughtful...and convenient, since it means not having to locate each individual one).

Me too. He was by far the best. Now we have that fat talentless moron instead Kimmel is okay though and I guess Conan is decent too.

I liked that he had a skeleton on the set. What was that about, anyway?

I liked that he had a skeleton on the set. What was that about, anyway? Geoff Peterson (the skeleton) and his interaction with Craig was the main reason I watched the show. Especially when they reached almost Pete & Dud levels of corpsing.

I heard it also had something to do with the fact that he was not chosen to replace David Letterman when he retired. I could be wrong though. Either way, I miss him. He had a good show.
