In my own personal opinion, it is. I have seen and watched several sitcoms from Seinfeld and Friends to The King of Queens and George Lopez...and I must say that Scrubs is definitely the most consistently funny and well written. I love pretty every character on the show, but my favorites are J.D., Dr. Cox, Dr. Kelso, Karla and Todd.
So what's your opinion? Is Scrubs the best sitcom ever?

It too self consciously tried to be clever and wound up just being very very odd.
So. NO WAY

Ha ha seriously? Heck no. Saying that Scrubs is better written and more consistently funny than Seinfeld should seriously be a crime or something.

It's good, but it isn't even the best sitcom in the decade in which it ran..

It was a ok show, I couldn't get into watching Scrubs or even The Office. I guess, I'm weird then.

I loved Scrubs, but for me personally, i rate Friends, Only Fools and Horses as well as a few others above it
But humour is subjective, so if you think it's the funniest and best, than for you it is, whether someone agrees or not, doesn't affect how you feel about it

A good show but I sort of found it a bit too heavyhanded at points.

A close second to Frasier imo.

I'm gonna go with no. Seasons 1, 2, 4 and 5 were great. Season 3 wasn't bad throughout, but the last couple of episodes made the rest of the season bad in retrospective. Seasons 6, 7 and 8 were hit-or-miss. Season 9 wasn't the abomination that die-hard fans claim it is, but it wasn't good either.

I actually started watching in the final season, then it ended. Years later I started from the begining on Netflix, got as far as season 2, then they yanked it. I'm sure the middle years were great, I may never know, but I liked what I did see. Too many classic sitcoms are ahead of it though, in my opinion.
