The film was actually in development hell and was to be directed by Edgar Wright until he left the project.

So thoughts? 8 - It was a damn fun film and they nailed the premise, characters, action, visuals. My theater was having a rolling good time with this film. It might be the greatest experience I've ever had in a theater, I loved the shield opening scene that immediately got me invested in it's place in the MCU, I loved the flashback to the original Ant Man & Wasp that broadened the history of the MCU, and I can't wait to see where they go with it. |

I like it, but I think it could've better. It's a shame the Edgar Wright movie fell through. I think that version could've been brilliant.
My problems with this movie: very bland boring cinematography, ugly color timing, really generic story, hit and miss humor that often sounds like it's from a mainstream Will Ferrell movie. One of the worst villains in the MCU.

I loved it when I first saw it. Luis stories are really great. But after rewatching it kinda lost that freshness a bit. Not bad but also not great. Just a good movie.

It was pretty good. I'm not a fan at all of E.Lilly, I'm afraid of being turned off for the sequel.
