My response to Sophie on the cover is the same as Cersei Lannister’s: “A slice of cake, just waiting to be eaten”

Nice to get back on topic and move away from the Disney trolls hijacking this board. Jessica Chastain has all but confirmed she plays the Skrull Queen, Veranke. Mistque is given a new mature look. And the opening synopsis interesting, reminds me of the first F4.

Im still hoping its not Veranke but looking less likely..

Like I thought, they're using Skrulls as one last "F You" to Marvel Studios.

That's the best that Lawrence has looked as Mystique.

Like I thought, they're using Skrulls as one last "F You" to Marvel Studios. Captain Marvel's version will embarrass whatever Fox is doing with them. Their world will be far more detailed, especially because they probably have long term plans for them and want to firmly establish who they are.

First thought, why does Sophie Turner need to be topless for this photo? Because she's trying to be sexy?
Also, it's confirmed Jean Grey is the new Human Torch/Fantastic Four Fox crossover!
That synopsis seriously does sound like a synopsis of a Fantastic Four film. Replace Charles Xavier with Reed Richards and it basically describes the Chris Evans first Fantastic Four film.
Also, is that Storm holding an umbrella at the funeral scene? Bitch you can control the weather.

Or you know the more likely reasoning is they're trying to sell magazines by putting a "sexy" Sophie Turner topless on it while covering her boobs with her arms forming an "X" because you know...X-Men. They're so clever.

"F You" to Marvel Studios, their new master. You know Constantine films are not involved with the movie, right?

All I see you post is you trying to "correct" somebody's opinion with something from the X-Men comic as if it erases somebody's opinion as valid. You know the X-Men comics are not also the same as DC. You're welcome for that information.

Only complaints I have is the crackling skin on Jean. Why? She's not some Human Torch character. Magneto looks exactly the same as he did in First Class. He should be looking close to how he does in X-men 2000. Mystique looks wrong. Like it's a very good stunt double. She doesn't look like Jennifer Lawrence for some reason.
That rain scene looks like a funeral so it has me wondering. Possibly Jean? The Skrull looks like what I'd picture a humanized Mystique to look. She looks really cold and calculating. Hopefully they do the Changeling thing, but with Mystique.

Yep. One last desperate "F You" that will amount to nothing, like the movie. Fixed. X-Men is being pulled into the future, whether they like it or not. Who is "they"? The -- the fictional characters? Or the people making the movies? I guarantee you neither cares about "being pulled into the future." One doesn't exist and the other works for money, yeah? And Disney has lots of it? So... shouldn't be an issue...
