Inspired by a thread on the Film General board. Do you like to watch all the movies leading up to a new sequel?
I usually do, but in this case I will probably just watch 4-5-6-7. I hate to leave out the prequels, but that's so much extra time. Who knows, I might end up watching all of them anyway.

Nope. I may watch the previous installment of a series if it's been a while and I need a refresh.

I plan to rewatch both The Force Awakens and Rogue One. I would like to do them all, but I have been working a lot of overtime over the past few months.

No. If I see it at all, I'll see it once -- stoned senseless and laughing at it the whole time, especially every cringeworthy Rey moment. Besides, why would I watch a Star Wars movie when the series concluded in 2005, and this is Twilight in Space 2: The Search for Another Cool Billion?

Every time I believe I might be too doubting of this new trilogy, you make me look like a HUGE believer, Colden lol. They really should have made RotS be the last Star Wars movie back in '05. That was a great corker. I can't see them topping that.

If anyone will be rewatching TFA in the coming days watch out for a couple of entertaining moments (asides from the usual Mary Sue / made up force powers complaints) I spotted the othet night:-
1. Daisy Ridley's awful acting - she can barely suppress laughing in a couple of scenes (asking Finn if he's with the resistance & what his name is). Just incredible JJ allowed these scenes into the final cut.
2. Han Solo's surprise when Kylo guts him makes no sense - he has the sabre placed into his hands lengthways. A second later Kylo ignites the beam and it goes right through him which is impossible! Han would have to have been aware that Kylo was trying to twist it around...

I don't have that much time this week and I'm already watching The Last Jedi on Thursday. I'll probably watch The Force Awakens and maybe also the original trilogy if I have the time.
