This has been a bad year for me. It started out going good, but than I lost my grandfather in June, then on Friday/Saturday my grandma passed away.
Hope next year will be better.
Anyone else having a crappy 2017?

Completely. Although I am kind of freaking out about how much worse 2018 could be.
Funny thing... (Everything is fine now) but we almost lost our mother in 1987. 30 years ago. Bone infection in her finger. She was almost in the hospital for 6weeks just to get intravenous medicine. My father basically invented visiting nurse service in Northern Westchester.

I can't wait until next Wednesday 'cause then my Wifey and I will both be on Christmas holidays until the end of January!!

I'm indifferent really. 2017 was a year much like any other, I didn't feel it was especially negative in any way that would genuinely affect my life. I find anger a wasteful emotion any way, I'll just continue accentuating the positive as I always do regardless of the calendar year.

Can go to bed as late as I want and get up as late as I want. I have many hobbies to keep me busy. I hunt, fish, camp (in the summer) bike and have a small boat I can take out. And seem to be in good health. So 2017 was a very good year. |

I lost a beloved pet... but I still have my health for the most part... 2017 comparatively bad, but not the worst. I imagine the year my parents pass will be the worst. But, yeah, 2017 can end already. Problem is I'm not so sure 2018 will be any better! LOL |

I liked 2017.
For me, it's been a far better year than 2016 was. That year was horrible.

It was an OK year I guess. Nothing terrible for sure, but nothing great either. I'm happy though to end the year with a new job. Maybe there's hope on the horizon for me for 2018.

only half of 2016 sucked for me because i had to deal with an evil person that was out of my control.
the other have of 2017 made it the best year i've had since I was a kid
