I know a lot of people were speculating that Constantine actually held the film rights to Fantastic 4, but in actuality they own a split of the rights. The details of the split aren't confirmed, so they may on 50% of everything, or just the distribution rights, but regardless, Disney will be buying the rights to Fantastic 4, and either a partnership or buyout of Constantine's shares will happen with near certainty.
