I remember that. A lot of people thought, beyond the shadow of a doubt, that Fox would never release that film. It turned out to be a good thing that they did in the long run.

That board was hilarious, and still fully contend they never wanted to make that film. It was a bluff to try to sell the rights back then, Marvel didn't budge, and Fox had no choice but to make it. But since they had only put minimal preparations in place, what you got was a movie that reflected they didn't even try. That's why it looks so plain and cheap.

I was more than happy to boycott that movie and see it crash and burn at the box office. Now, what becomes of the Doctor Doom solo film Noah Hawley is developing?
