comicbook.com/marvel/2017/12/06/disney-fox-deal-marvel-xmen-star-wars/
From the article:
•Fox will get Disney's branding power behind some of its biggest entertainment properties, most notably Marvel's X-Men and Fantastic Four character rosters.
•Disney gets to complete its two major geek culture franchises, by adding the X-Men and Fantastic Four properties to its Marvel Cinematic Universe, as well as gaining possession of the original theatrical versions of Star Wars, before the digitally remastered versions of were put out by George Lucas. •Disney will also gain a much larger library of titles and wider distribution network, thereby strengthening the company's position as it moves to launch a streaming service to compete with Netflix in 2019.
Combining with Disney are 21st Century Fox’s critically acclaimed film production businesses, including Twentieth Century Fox, Fox Searchlight Pictures and Fox 2000, which together offer diverse and compelling storytelling businesses and are the homes of Avatar, X-Men, Fantastic Four and Deadpool, as well as The Grand Budapest Hotel, Hidden Figures, Gone Girl, The Shape of Water and The Martian—and its storied television creative units, Twentieth Century Fox Television, FX Productions and Fox21, which have brought The Americans, This Is Us, Modern Family, The Simpsons and so many more hit TV series to viewers across the globe. Disney will also acquire FX Networks, National Geographic Partners, Fox Sports Regional Networks, Fox Networks Group International, Star India and Fox’s interests in Hulu, Sky plc, Tata Sky and Endemol Shine Group.
OMG! They are even gianter than they were before! LOL

But what will happen to Blue Sky Studios? Probably absorbed into Disney's animation Studios.
But they only ever had one truly great film, the Peanuts Movie.

Well... they already have one film that is coming out on January 2019...

Oh, I didn't know anything about Blue Sky Studios upcoming slate of films. Yeah, I know that Blue Sky isn’t one of the best, but I don’t want it to close down entirely, especially after ‘The Peanuts Movie’.

We've reached the end of the old, and the beginning of the new.

Yeah, I know that Blue Sky isn’t one of the best, but I don’t want it to close down entirely, especially after ‘The Peanuts Movie’. It seems as though Ferdinand is getting good reviews. I'd watch Illumination Entertainment before Blue Sky to be perfectly honest.

But I thought mcufan said it was completed eight days ago? The decision to sell to Disney was probably completed eight days ago. The details just weren't fully ironed out yet.

I can not remember the last time I was this excited! I am so happy this happened. X-Men in the MCU, I was worried I wouldn't see it happen in my lifetime.

You mean the ones everyone insists are the absolute height of the MCU's twenty-plus-film run?! I can't do that; what if I enjoy them?! Everyone knows that Brubaker story is a classic. It's almost certainly good. No, too risky. It could shatter my entire worldview.
