This comes out a few months before Widows with Viola Davis, Michelle Rodriguez, and Elizabeth Debicki;actually its own cast is just as impressive as Ocean's 8. I wonder which will do better? Widows seems to be setting itself up to be the more gritty realistic (and awards friendly) version. I'll watch anything with Viola Davis in it, so I'm sold already. I like Bullock a lot, and we don't see her in much now. The fact she's in it makes me hopeful.

Trailer looks decent. Won't rush out in anticipation, but will definitely give it a go if I get the chance.

Very much looking forward to it. I loves me a heist movie, and with that cast I am hoping it will be a good one (unless of course they spent all the money on the actresses and forgot to hire a decent writer). The test screenings went positive, so this should be good.

They had me at Sandra B., Cate B., and Richard A. I never liked the OCEANS movies (not a Matt Damon fan at all, not much on Clooney either) but I'm loving the new cast. Brad Pitt? Not enough of a fan to get me to watch it. Actually, aside from maybe 3 of his movies, I tend not to like his characters. I'm also not much on crime-caper movies, in general. I don't know why, just rarely find one that holds my interest while I am watching it. It's a hard-sell with me and the new movie with Sandra B./Cate.B/Richard A./etc. has sold with me. Can't wait to see it!!!! PS: Brad Pitt was really good in TROY. My sister dragged me, against my will (I was a history major, back in the day, and Greece was a favorite. So I kept telling her it was like watching TITANIC or ROMEO & JULIET- I know how it ends, what's the point?) because she was in love with Orlando Bloom. I walked away actually angry that Achilles bites the dust, cause Pitt made me love the guy. He's actually a quite good actor.

Meh. The Ocean's trilogy screams 2000's & I'm kinda (gladly) over that decade.
