Darth Vader vs the rebels
Kylo and Rey vs the royal guards
Finn vs the stormtrooper
Idk (love the scene between Luke and Kylo, but it wasn't really a "fight")

MAJOR SPOILERS1. Rey & Kylo vs. The Praetorian Guards (one of the best fight scenes in any Star Wars movie)
2. Darth Vader vs. The Rebel Crew Members
3. Luke Skywalker vs. Kylo Ren (don't know if I'd consider it a fight, but if we're talking about best scenes then this is definitely up there)
4. Tie between Rey vs. Kylo Ren & Rey vs. Luke
