Pass on this idea & I'm a HUGE fan of Renner. but I want to see him star in more stuff like Wind River & Kill the Messenger (more serious films ).
I really can't blame Renner for taking on all these franchises though . He got a late start on fame and is making up for lost time (those franchises pay really well compared to his indie projects)

One of the best movies that year and all the more relevant today. |

Meh. I really didn't like the idea of casting Renner as Hawkeye. He doesn't look like the character, act like the character, or bring anything distinguishing to the character. A movie about Hawkeye just doesn't seem appealing to me at the moment.

Mine on this site randomly turns my text blue mid-word, so I think it has a gremlin.
But honestly, I'd watch ten HAWKEYE movies. He's one of my three favorite Avengers, he's one of my favorite Marvel characters in the comics, and Renner is one of my favorite actors of all time (I blame my sister making me watch SWAT and 28 WEEKS LATER in the same weekend).
