Will it be an origin story?
Will Dr Doom be the villain?
Will it feature any other MCU characters in cameo roles?
I hope its its yes to the first two and no to the third... But it will probably be the other way around. They'll likely go the Homecoming route and omit the origin- which would be a major disappointment. Probably they'll avoid Doom initially for the same reason: it's been done twice. Another mistake. And we'll probably have a major role for Spiderman or Iron Man in order to sell tickets.
Either way, I'll go see it. I'd love to see these characters get a better treatment on screen.
What say you?

I would use moleman or a lesser villian. Then Doom in a sequel

Most likely, it'll be an origin story that is something like in the same vein as Iron Man (2008) and Doctor Strange (2016). I'm sure they'd want to use Doctor Doom as the villain; if they're smart they'd use him as the replacement for Loki in the next phase(s). I'd rather if MCU characters not make an appearance but if need be, have it like DOCTOR STRANGE where it's a mid-credits scene. Like suppose, Tony Stark meets with the FF to offer a role with the Avengers.
