I don't know about many years ago, but I saw Baby Driver & Dunkirk twice in 2017 and I still regret that I only watched Blade Runner 2049 once at the cinema. I'm also pretty sure that I watched Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 more than once at the cinema.
Edit: I also watched The Force Awakens, The Last Jedi and Avatar twice.

As I can recollect:
Shrek
Finding Nemo
King Kong
The Bourne Ultimatum
Iron Man
Avatar
Inception
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part Two*
The Avengers
Skyfall
The Force Awakens
Rogue One
Thor: Ragnarok
The Last Jedi
* This is because the projector messed up. We were at the late showing and had to return the next day. We only got a half hour through so we decided to go see something else to kill time. It was Green Lantern...

3 times, only The Phantom Menace. Because 3am opening didn't register, saw it with other friends soon after, & again myself.
The Perks of Being a Wallflower was the first & only film I had to see again within days. It's my #32 all time, immediate impact on me.

Lots, actually. I guess I love the cinema experience.
Jurassic Park Fight Club Twelve Monkeys All 3 LOTR films Rogue One Most of the MCU Brotherhood of the Wolf Blade Runner* The Dark Knight Christmas Vacation*
*counting the cinema classics rerelease a couple years ago
There are surely more, those are the ones that spring to mind.

I rarely go to movies more than once. The only movies I've seen more than 2 times were The Dark Knight and Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith.

Ah growing up in the 70s before home video (not to mention ticket prices of $2.00), I saw Jaws, Star Wars, and Close Encounters several times each. To be honest, I lost count how many times I saw Jaws in the cinema. I've even seen it a couple of times in the last few years, not only to have the experience of seeing it on the big screen again myself, but I've taken my nephew and a young couple that I'm friends with for their first time seeing it that way.
The only recent ones I've seen multiple times are The Avengers, Skyfall, and Thor: Ragnarok.

Twice for all my viewings
BATMAN (June 23, 1989 and Cinemark Classic Series August 1015) STAR WARS EPISODE I THE PHANTOM MENACE (At midnight May 19, 1999 and a couple of days later) Most of THE MUMMY (1999) SINGIN' IN THE RAIN (Both TCM Big Screen Classics/Cinemark Classic Series) THE SOUND OF MUSIC (One was a sing-a-long version at my college theater; The other was Cinemark Classic Series) INDIANA JONES AND THE CRYSTAL SKULL HOW THE WEST WAS WON (One was at a smaller theater at my college; the other was Cinemark Classic Series) RAIDERS OF THE LOST ARK STAR TREK II: THE WRATH OF KHAN DIRECTORS CUT
Do SPECIAL EDITIONS count? I saw STAR WARS EPISODE VI THE RETURN OF THE JEDI's original version back in 1983 and the SPE in Winter 1997.
The latter part of Part 1 of CLEOPATRA and SPARTACUS (When the Cinemark Classic Series showed them, I couldn't watch the whole thing, so I bought tickets for both its 2PM and 7PM showings. As soon as I was done at work, I went to the former screening, missing about 40-50 min of the beginning but watched the majority. Then at the latter screening, I watched Part 1- what I missed-to intermission and left).

Inglorious Basterds...because the power went out partways through.
Independence Day...3 times i believe. I was a kid and it was a fun movie.
Deadpool....twice, because two different people wanted to go at different times and i liked it.
Jurassic Park...at least twice, i remember knowing that the t-rex scene was coming up.

Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Meance is the only movie I'm seen on multiple times in theaters, let alone more than twice. The only other movie I saw twice in theaters was Spider-Man (2002).

Oh yeah, when I saw The Martian there was a false alarm fire evacuation about half-way in. They wouldn't allow us to go back in, so we went back another day to watch the complete movie. So technically I saw The Martian 1.5 times. My 2nd or 3rd viewings of Revenge of the Sith also had a false alarm fire evacuation/power outage lol, but luckily they let us in shortly after and continued right where it left off. Funnily enough the power went out (or the projector was turned off) right when Vader slices through Nute Gunray.

I remember going to see the Three Musketeers (1974) about three times.
What's Up Doc? (1972) I know I went to twice.
Gone With the Wind (1939) I can remember going to twice when it was shown at the cinema in about 1980.
last year I went to see The Viceroy's House twice.
There must be other films I went to see more than once in the olden days, but I don't remember which ones.
