Thor basically has super strength, weather manipulation, and flight capabilities. He may also be able to use his hammer defensively if he spins it fast enough. How is that well rounded? He's as powerful as fuck but, well rounded? To be fair, Thor is super strong, durable, has the best AOE attacks, has the longest attack range other than IM, has the biggest damage output, can fly, has some pretty high h2h skill, has probably the best melee weapons skill among the Avengers, and he has all the knowledge of his advanced race, able to talk about Rosenbridges and stuff. Plus he has a buttload of fight experience and apparently is a decent pilot. And yet doesn't know how to use a computer. And he may have range but I suspect his accuracy would not hold up.

Because his race and technology is different. It's not like any of the Avengers knew what infinity stones were whereas Thor did. And he knew how to call spirits to him for information in his bathtub scene. So far his accuracy hasn't failed yet. I see no reason to question it.

I see no reason to question it. I meant if he was ordering hellfire (lighting) on a target a mile away many would suffer along with the intended victim because lightning does what it wants. However, the Bifröst solves that problem quite nicely. Thor can be anywhere instantly.

1) Thor
2) Captain America/Iron Man TIE
Thor basically has super strength, weather manipulation, and flight capabilities. He may also be able to use his hammer defensively if he spins it fast enough. How is that well rounded? He's as powerful as fuck but, well rounded? Thor basically has super strength, weather manipulation, and flight capabilities. And a hammer that he can use offensively AND defensively which comes back to him every time he throws it. How is that NOT well rounded?!
What difference does it make that you can hide really well in a building if the guy coming after you can just destroy that whole building? What difference does it make if you have a metal arm if the guy you're fighting can rip it off and turn it into a golf ball and throw it into the sun, or forget ripping it off... he can just send a lightning bolt down to electrocute your ass? Or just punch you really hard in the chest?
Thor TOTALLY won that fight against Hulk in Ragnarok. Bucky couldn't. If I had to choose between two assassins, one whose claim to fame is a metal arm, and one who has super strength, weather manipulation, and flight capabilities, I know which one I'd choose... because no one would fuck with the one that has super strength, weather manipulation, and flight capabilities!
And as for stealth, you can take Thor and put him in any number of scenarios so long as he's not dressed in Asgardian attire. If you dress him in regular clothes he's just Chris Hemsworth walking down the street... with a back pack hiding a well concealed hammer that could kick your ass!
Oh, oh, oh! And did I mention that as an immortal from a warrior culture he can probably fight like no ones business from all the centuries of experience? Yeah, that too.

Let's take a step back. I think we're confusing who is more well rounded with who is more powerful. In all fairness, the OP's original question is somewhat vague. When I think of being well rounded, I think of someone whose talents and powers would work in a variety of situations and contexts. I think about versatility. Someone who can brawl with Iron Man one day and hack a satellite the next day. Thor's powerset is fantastic when you have a situation that requires superior firepower and strength. If your situation requires a lighter touch or some finesse, I would not send in the Norse god of thunder, therefore he is not what I would call well-rounded. Also, Thor was recognized in seconds on the streets of New York in plain clothes in Ragnarok.

To clarify my stance, yes, I meant the OP as who's most versatile or who has the most abilities and skillsets. In this, I do think Thor is a good contender, since he does have quite a number of skills and abilities and is quite versatile. Remember that he was able to infiltrate a SHIELD base without any weapons, powers or preparations at all.

But as to the being recognized in Ragnarok, that movie played a lot of things for humor that would have been serious in reality. No one's seen Thor's face up close well enough to recognize him walking down the street. They'd know he was a tall bearded blonde guy, but that's about it.
