Do you mean old as in when written or actual old book like physically old?
I'd have to think on the second.
The first would be the Epic of Gilgamesh.
The oldest book I have read? Maybe an 1880 illustrated Bible by Gustave Dore'. Though it really has little in the way of text.

When written or published. Gilgamesh is 2100 BC. Is that old enough for you?

I read one of the Canterbury Tales.
Oldest physical book I have is from 1568 but I can't read it because it's in Latin.
Oldest single page I have is from an illuminated manuscript dated to some time in the 1200s.

Epic Of Gilgamesh and The Bible. Oldest book would be some encyclopedia from the 1930s.

Probably The Phonograph and How to Use It, published 1900.
Also, the oldest magazine I've read is issue 1 of The Phonogram, published May 1900.
The oldest advertising pamphlet I've read is Jinglebook no. 1: Phonograph, date unknown, but circa 1900.
All three are about record players and records, specifically those made by the Edison company.
