This is good news. Noah Hawley's F4 is still happening too.The truth is Disney won't make a X-Men film until 5 years from now and by then MCU movies and the studio would no longer be relevant anyway. As Steven Speilberg said, like westerns, comic book movies will die out in films, they are already fading with all the back lash and saturation of the genre that MCU movies have caused.
We all potentially would have about 8-11 good (real) x-men films will can enjoy forever. So when Disney tries to kill xmen like they have almost killed star wars, it will not matter. I would not have to sit down and watch goofy-comedy cgi driven x-men movies from Disney. I can just be happy with my X2, X-force and Logan to name a few. The same way Star Wars fans do not have to sit down and watch The Last Jedi when they can just watch the older star wars movies or heck, even the prequels.
Multiple Man is also still happening, apparently all the movies announced before the FOX-Disney deal is still a go. Fox cannot just announce anymore comic movie stuff. We are lucky, the genre is lucky....for now.

There’s just absolutely no goodwill towards Fox-produced ‘Fantastic Four’-related material especially after ‘Fant4stic’.

X-FORCE film will still go into production with Drew Goddard. A nation mourns. News at 11.
