okay, so christmas has just passed and Harry has apparently upset many of Meghan's family members by stating: The royals are the family she never had.
and apparently, her half sister and now her father are upset by this statement... but i think they are angry at the wrong person...
did it ever occur to them that perhaps -- that is, if he did mean that, -- harry was given that impression through whatever Meghan has told him? things like this don't come out of thin air. there has to be some sort of backbone to this statement.
and let's be honest, her extended family is not necessarily the Cleavers... the latest news has her future sister in law [the wife of her half brother] was arrested for assaulting him. He is no prize either... arrested for pointing a gun at her during an argument.
really? this is the family she has... how is this better than what she is marrying into??? it sure as shit ain't worse!
sorry, Markles... you are upset at the wrong person!

'half sisters/half brothers' means 'drama' from the naked eye. doesn't mean that it is negative or dirty laundry, but still drama.
even Wally and the Beave had family drama... mother obsessed with vacuuming in pearls and high heals, while father sat in his 'study' like a freaking judge, contemplating what disciplinary measures Beaver deserved for cutting his own hair [and badly] because he lost his haircut money. [what parent would allow their seven year old kid to get a haircut by themselves?]
even though we never saw ward take a hand to the boys, they sure were scared shitless of him.

LOL I remember an SCTV spoof with John Candy as Beaver and after he shoots (the gay) Eddie Haskell, Ward tells him "Well Beaver, maybe life in prison will teach you a valuable lesson" and Beaver says "Gee Wally, life stinks." and Wally says in that lecturing voice, "Yes, but so do you Beaver." "Gee, thanks Wally." I think Ward had to stay on his toes because of Fred Rutherford and his "Lumpy" son.

well, yeah, Primemover... that's kind of the point... if ward had to stay on his toes because of Lumpy and Fred [and moreso Eddie Haskell] then maybe teach your kids to stay away from the twits.
one thing I really liked about Tony Micelli's parenting from Whose the Boss.. was when Johnathan was hanging out with that hubcap stealing kid -- Tony told him: that kid is off limits. and of course Johnathan didn't heed. so when he was caught stealing hubcaps, what hubcap did he steal? A POLICE CARS! and of course the bad friend took off running.
and this: banning your kid from playing with another kid because of the other kid's behavior/influence is a dying art. it's all about: ohhh... the feelings of the BULLY! WHAT? BULLIES HAVE NO FEELINGS!

sooo... the half brother who was assaulted by his wife[or fiancée -- conflicting reports] is now blaming the royal engagement on this incident. really? take responsibility for your actions, including bailing the lowlife out of jail for assaulting you!
so this is the perfect life she apparently had? thanks so much for proving Harry's point!
