Marlon Brando and his sister Jocelyn Brando were in a couple movies together: The Ugly American (1963) and The Chase (1966) Anyone remember Jocelyn Brando's role as Glenn Ford's wife in the Fritz Lang classic, The Big Heat (1953)?

Martin Sheen and son Charlie appeared together in Apocalypse Now (no idea where Charlie is in that one), Cadence, Wall Street, and Hot Shots Part Deux. Charlie and brother Emilio appeared together in Young Guns. Charlie and Emilio also appear together in Men At Work, and the TV movie Rated X, both films that Estevez directed. Charlie also had a cameo in Loaded Weapon One. Also in Home Alone 1 and 2, Kieran Culkin plays Fuller, one of Kevin's siblings.

In one episode, they showed a younger President Bartlet ( Martin Sheen ) on a television, in the background ( Emilio Estevez ) Pretty awesome.

Yeah, and that was a good show. I do admit in this climate, it's odd watching a show where the president actually cared about his people, but hey it what it is.

I was a huge fane of "The West Wing." I was at a book signing for the second script book by Aaron Sorkin and I asked him to confirm that it was Emilio in the TV clip. I thought I did weird things to meet people in the show, but one fan paid $5000 for a two hour set visit. I only paid $500 to have dinner with Martin at the home of writer/director Paul Haggis. Well worth every penny!
Interesting thing about Gene Kelly,s brother, Fred. When "An American in Paris" was given a Royal Command Performance, it was Fred who the Royal princesses wanted to see. Fred had been the dance teacher to Elizabeth and Margaret.

My favorite, Donald Pleasence with daughter Angela in From Beyond the Grave. Funny to watch because it is obvious by one look that they are related.

Martin Scorsese and his mother, Catherine Scorsese have both appeared in a few of Marty's films, although they usually have very small roles.

There was an episode of That Girl in which Marlo Thomas bumps into her father Danny Thomas in priest attire and says, "Excuse me, Father". He replies, "Quite alright , my child." Here's a behind-the-scenes still.

mszanadu I don't think I mentioned husbands and wives in my OP, which I should have, but for some reason your post reminded me of Bundle of Joy, starring Debbie Reynolds and then husband, Eddie Fisher. I think their children might have made some films together, too, but I'm not sure. Glad you like the post. I'm thrilled at all the wonderful responses. I so agree spiderwort there are some really excellent responses here . Definitely some awesome ones here I didn't even know of either . I especially didn't know about the husband and wife team that you mentioned here for the film - Bundle of Joy (1956) . Again thanks so much for this really fun subject post .
