1. The publication that reported this story was The Daily Mail, which has a reputation so questionable that even Wikipedia doesn’t use it for its sources 2. No police report was filed 3. No names have come forward 4. The organization accusing him apparently wanted money from Lee, which sounds an awful lot like extortion
Just for the record, I’m not saying that these accusations are unquestionably false, but there are a lot of holes in it that should at the very least give pause.

I remember reading something about the accusers being anonymous and they were asking money from him otherwise they were threatening to go public. That in itself already makes me doubt the validity of this claim.

That in itself already makes me doubt the validity of this claim. There is definitely something off about this story. If Stan Lee really did sexually assault or harass people, why haven’t they gone to the police about it, instead of demanding money? Before anyone tells me that I’m only doubting this story because I don’t want to hear bad things about Stan Lee, keep in mind that I’ve always been more of a DC fan than a Marvel fan, and that I might’ve been inclined to believe these accusations if an actual police report was filed. You don’t demand money from someone who sexually abuses you, you go to the police.

Sexual assaults, especially by celebrities, often aren't reported to police. How many police reports were filed against Harvey Weinstein or Bryan Singer? How many police reports were filed against Bill Clinton?
#3 also isn't much of a defense for Stan Lee. Many victims of sexual assaults often don't come forward, especially when the perp is a celebrity, because crazed fans will defend the celebrity and accuse the victim of making up the story.

And based on your excellent deduction and knowledge of the facts you have deemed him guilty already.

The people who were abused by people like Weinstein were intimidated into not coming forward with what he had done. These accusations towards Stan Lee don’t sound like they were intimidated by anything. With that in mind, why not file a police report? Stan Lee has no leverage over them, so what could they possibly be afraid of?

why not file a police report? Stan Lee has no leverage over them, so what could they possibly be afraid of? Probably crazed fans who will defend the celebrity and accuse the victim of making up the story.

So that prevented them from filing a police report, and instead made them want money? 1. They probably didn't file a police report because they don't want to be hounded by the media and also accused of making up the story by crazed fans of the celebrity or even possibly receive death threats from crazed fans of the celebrity. 2. Stan Lee is a rich celebrity, which means he'll have a team of top-notch lawyers so Stan Lee would get away with it without any jail time (and probably no judge would sentence a 90+ year-old man to jail for groping women anyway). So their only recourse is to strike at Stan Lee where it'll hurt him the most - his bank account. It's no different than Fred Goldman suing O.J. for wrongful death. You think Fred Goldman was really after O.J.'s money? No, Fred Goldman really wanted O.J. thrown in jail and didn't give a shit about getting any money. But O.J.'s Dream Team of lawyers got O.J. off so O.J. wasn't going to jail (at least not for the 2 murders). So Fred Goldman's only recourse was to strike at O.J. where it would hurt him the most - his bank account.

At least one of the accusations against Bryan Singer reportedly had to do with fear of being outed as gay. Also, don’t nursing homes have security cameras? It shouldn’t be too difficult to find proof of what he allegedly did, in which case, why not go to the police? Why would they threaten him with extortion before deciding to share their story with the media? What are they so afraid of? Stan Lee doesn’t have leverage over his nurses, does he?

So... they have the gall to try and blackmail him for money but are afraid to file a police report?

why not file a police report? That's a weak defense for Stan Lee. We could also ask, if it's false, then why hasn't Stan Lee filed a lawsuit for slander or filed a police report for extortion? Because the truth isn't slander.

Because the truth isn't slander. Like I said in the other post. You already have him convicted. Why? You have to temper believing the victims account with presumption of innocence.

That DC-Fan guy is such a creepy weirdo. I bet it would make his year life if Stan Lee was confirmed to be a sexual predator. I mean, he’s clearly really hoping those allegations are true. He even clicked like on the “Stan Lee accused of Sexual assault” OP. “Creepy weirdo” is actually an understatement.
