 Once you get them roasted like above push them to one side and scramble some eggs on the other side. Have a glass of orange juice and you got yourself a good breakfast. |

...growing up, my mom would make a load of sliced fried new potatoes and serve them with buttermilk every Friday. There were 7 of us kids, so mom made a whole bunch...
