This card # XVI or 16 is also called The House of GOD It refers to a sudden change only. Anyone can read into a Major's meaning.

Here is an example of a Conver's type Tarot de Marseilles. Note the three windows = the Trinity. Again it means a sudden change. If the card falls reversed, it can mean a beneficial sudden change.

Note The Tower is Arcanum XVI or 16, 1 + 6 = 7. Arcanum 7 or VII is the Chariot. The Tower (the House of GOD) is ruled by Mars; god of war. The Chariot #7 shows victory in war. In the Tarot the war is being fought perhaps literally, perhaps spiritually with yourself. However here you are the master. Note the laurel leaf crown . The Chariot is ruled by cancer. Cancer the crab is difficult to interpret, as it is an animal that was created with armor. This victor controls both of his passions (the black and white). Taken from a RWS deck.
