As I have said at least 3 times in this thread, yes. Condoms are now allowed for the sole purpose of prevention of STIs. I don't know how many ways I can re-phrase it so it stops being invisible to beings with XY chromosomes. |

"Allows" or forbids either way I know the vast majority of American Catholics will feel free to use them anyhow. Their issue is about Africa and the Church hierarchy has explicitly stated that condoms are allowed in Africa for the purpose of control of STIs. Produce evidence of that in a statement from the Vatican that says condom use is acceptable in Africa to prevent STD's. You're a shameless liar.
