I do not. Rumor has it that it might not even exist by the time TLJ kicks off. You'll still have the systems that were a part of the Republic, but there will be no formal command structure (as the Senate and Starfleet were taken out by the First Order). So those systems will have to choose if they want to support the Resistance or submit to the First Order.
So let's assume that the Resistance ends up winning in the end. Do you think they'll try to form a NEW galactic government? Will they try to rebuild the Republic YET AGAIN? Or will they agree that maybe it's time for the galaxy to form a bunch of smaller sovereign governments (since things tend to go wrong with these big central governments)?
What do you think?

No. The ST only seems concerned with resetting everything to Rebels vs Empire. It will result and a very unsatisfying conclusion.
