Yes I noticed it recently in some of the trailers. It looks like it only appears when the suit is doing something and then goes back to all black.

It's explained (briefly) in this clip I like how the music in that vid is Matrix-y. lol When it goes to slo-mo and he does his flip it starts blaring the horns then goes back to the previous music. |
