comicbook.com/marvel/2018/01/16/tom-hardy-venom-movie-carnage-photo/So we're getting Tom Holland's Peter Parker in the film and now possibly Carnage being confirmed? Can't wait to see who plays Carnage. Aaron Paul has been my fan casting choice for a while. Looking at Imdb and Woody Harrelson is there but no character listed. It was reported that he was cast as just a henchmen but that could just be to throw off the smoke of his real character. Hard to imagine Woody as just a small henchman type role. Not sure I'd like him as Carnage but I certainly wouldn't dismiss it right away. I think he could pull off crazy pretty well. He was great in Natural Born Killers. I wasn't all that interested in this movie when it was originally announced but then the casting news came in and the story arch was talked about. I can't wait to see this film. Been wanting to see Venom and Carnage in a film for a very long time. Sad that it won't be a Spider-Man movie per say but I'm still super excited. My Most Anticipated Movies of 2018: 1. Infinity War (May 4th) 2. Venom (October 4th) 3. Deadpool 2 (May 18th)

Its made by Sony and has Venom and possibly Carnage The very same Sony that tried to give us a cinematic Spider-Man universe in 2014 and dropped the ball hard enough that they needed to make a deal with Marvel Studios to gain interest from audiences back, in addition to making all those live-action Smurfs movies, 2016's Ghostbusters, last year's animated dumpster fire The Emoji Movie and laughable and woeful adaptation of Stephen King's magnum-opus The Dark Tower, and are looking to make a Barbie movie that is essentially a knock-off of Enchanted. Having characters who are usually pretty bad-ass doesn't mean they'll make the movie mature. Bane was in Batman & Robin and rather than being an intelligent, cold, and calculating threat was made into a moronic henchman who just grunted and moved slowly. In Venom's case, look at Spider-Man 3...Nuff' said. |
