Pick up to 8. Based on your values, of most fun, most theatrical, most original, whatever.

Shouldn't it be the shark for Jaws' entry?

Alan Rickman in DIE HARD
Ronny Cox in ROBO COP (Hated that character!)
Lee Van Cleef in THE GOOD THE BAD AND THE UGLY
Martin Ferrero in JURASSIC PARK (He left us, he left us!)
Fred MacMurray in DOUBLE INDEMNITY (and Barbara Stanwyck death)
Gene Hackman in THE QUICK AND THE DEAD
Al Pacino in SCARFACE
Martin Landeau in NORTH BY NORTHWEST (His death is not spectacular, I just want that character dead)
I have to rewatch many 007 movies, for the best villain´s death, but i like Sandor´s death in THE SPY WHO LOVED ME: "What a helpful chap!"

But Leonard (Landeau) was such a nice guy! When the hero and heroine were hanging on for dear life, he even pressed his foot over the hero's hand to keep it in place so the pair wouldn't fall to their deaths.
