If the two kings met in neutral territory, who should bow lower than the other? Who should call whom "Your majesty?"

I know it's easy to forget with this Thor: But despite being whiny like a little girl (especially when his hair is cut, lol) Thor is still a god. I had to look up what T-Chall is. T-Chall should address Thor like a God and bow his head before him. Or they just lose etiquette and get on first name basis, aren’t' they both Avengers? It's the 21 century for God's sake, even in Asgardian time .

It has to be Thor. He is from superior royalty - a monarchy that controls several realms. TChalla only has Wakanda, a back water country in a remote area on planet Earth.

I doubt that Marvel would do that. I see them making T'challa as the main King of the MCU. Plus I think the imagery of a black man bowing down before a white man could stir up controversy.

Thor--T'Challa could be Thor's guard on the Rainbow Bridge

If the two kings met in neutral territory, who should bow lower than the other? Who should call whom "Your majesty?" One is the ruler of an entire species the other of a single nation, seems pretty obvious who outranks who, plus Thor can crush T'Challa's head like grape so there's also that.

They're both Kings, meaning they'd show courtesy to each other and respect one another. Plus T'Challa is smart enough not to want to antagonize Thor and Thor is smart enough to not want to make any new enemies.

Thor is a god. He embodies Thunder, thus he is called the Thunderer.
If they ever go there, his mother is an embodiment of earth so he can also do a lot with that.

Thor really isn't a king anymore since he doesn't have any kingdom anymore. Thor chose to take the coward's way out and destroy his kingdom and flee like a coward instead of staying and fighting for his kingdom.

Looks like you didn't catch the line where the say Asgard is not a place but a people, so anywhere they go, grouped or individually, Thor is still their king. Thor had no way of defeating Hela, so he and his team of "Revengers" unleashed Surtur to destroy Asgard which powered Hela, and thus getting rid of two birds with a single stone. Unless you can propose a more intelligent and effective alternative...
