I haven't noticed many changes so far. They still show MMA, Ink. Masters, and movies. I will say though that it seems like they should more movies last weekend instead of eight straight hours of Bar Rescue. That in and of itself is improvement. Not much, but it's something.
I think they're going to be doing much more original programming?

Didn't Paramount already try this about 15 years ago with UPN, only to merge with The WB to become The CW?

This network was originally The Nashville Network and was all about country music. It later became TNN but was still mostly country music until it became The New TNN and showed pro wrestling and other stuff.
Then it became Spike (the first network for men). The network has been pretty sad in recent years. It never renewed a scripted show for a second season on the network.
Hopefully The Paramount Network will show Paramount shows and movies and reduce the number of COPS episodes.
