Always thought Neil sounded like Anthony Newley. Or vice versa.

Neil and Slayer at the same time? I smell a conspiracy. Forever In Blue Jeans... Crypts of Eternity... It's all there, man... It all makes sense... People...We're through the looking glass here.

I saw him once in a bar, after a long gig, drinking whisky, in the early hours of the morning.
Now that was a rough Diamond.

I was surprised too; right in the middle of the thrash revival too. At least there's the new Megadeth and Testament albums this year to look forward too, and frankly they've both been better than Slayer for a while now.

Neil and Slayer at the same time? I smell a conspiracy. Slayer is retiring? It's probably for the best, they probably heard "Hardwired to Self Destruct" and thought "Fuck, let's retire before we sound that awful".

Hardwired does at least have Spit Out the Bone. My vote would still go to Testament as the best of the old-school bands these days. Brotherhood of the Snake was the shit.

Yeah, honestly decade of agression was the last time I really enjoyed slayer.
