The man on the right is a now sadly forgotten black comedian, Godfrey Cambridge, the movie was Watermelon Man 1970 in Swedish it was called Plötsligt en natt blev jag svart roughly translated to English, Suddenly One Night I Became Black, a fantasy about a white bigot suddenly becomes black over night. Played as broad comedy. We only had two tv channels back then, so it was viewad by around 3 million Swedes, Columbia Pictures and Swedish State TV had made a deal. and no commercials breaks. So at breakfast at work, even the old know-it-alls suddenly was interested in the thought, what would happen if I wake up as an opposite of myself. I watched Godfrey Cambridge in 'Friday Foster' (1975) last week. Great actor.

Did you know before he spoke ? Did you know even then ? It's the eyes that really gave him way ! I don't think it was until I heard the voice, and even then it was one of those, "Hey, that's...no, it can't be...it IS" things. The other guy behind the mask, er, beard: O.P. Heggie With Leslie Howard in Smilin' Through (1932) With George Arliss in The King's Vacation (1933) With Jeanne Eagles in The Letter (1929)
