Do you think WWE will induct CM Punk when he passes away? I hope not.

I'm not sure he's going into the HoF.

Who knows. The guys who get inducted usually need the money, still love wrestling, or have a good relationship with the WWE. Punk doesn't have any of those, and I don't know if he ever will again. But, hey, never say never.

But, hey, never say never. That's the thing; of all the guys to EVER leave who've yet to come back for that one last payday I feel like Punk is the least likely. Like you said: not IMPOSSIBLE and "never say never," but... I'd be really, really surprised if it ever happens, especially considering that Hunner has been the liaison in lieu of Vince on some crucial HOF "acquisitions" of the past few years -- particularly Warrior, Bruno, and a few others. Punk seems to hate him EVEN MORE than Vince. So.

He might get in at some point. No matter what happens WWE always tends to forgive and forget at some point. I'm sure it'll be a long while before Punk goes in but I'm sure he will at some point. I also don't think he'll come back to WWE for one last run. If he were to return to wrestling I think it would be for a ROH or NJPW. I'd laugh if he went to TNA though

Then again, if they can get Bret Hart and Bruno back... Punk might well come back someday for either "one more match" or just a HOF induction to preserve his "legacy."

Yeah I could see a "one more match" type of deal with WWE maybe. I can't see him coming back to WWE for a full run though because I think he'd be booked poorly as punishment for how he left and his lawsuit. I think Punk knows this and unless he flat out just needed the money wouldn't do that. It's why I think he'd go to ROH or NJPW if he wanted another full time run. The most likely though is just a one off HOF induction in like 10-20 years-ish I'd say. Maybe him and AJ together

I always thought it was disgusting when a friend of mine would suggest that Bruno could have been inducted posthumous before he went in.
