What are your favourite uses of existing music in Comic Book Movies? Sure I have forgotten many great ones. Actually sruggling to think of any in the DCEU - the terrible Leonard Cohen cover during the sub-Watchmen opening credits and the ham fisted use of music in Suicide Squad are the only ones I can recall.
THOR RAGNAROK - "Immigrant Song" by Led Zeppelin - trailer, opening fight, closing fight. Already was my fave Led Zep song and was a perfect choice for the film.
SPIDER-MAN: HOMECOMING - "Blitzkrieg Bop" by The Ramones - montage scene. Nice choice as Spidey is from the same neighbourhood as The Ramones, who once recorded the Spider-Man cartoon theme as their own tribute to the character
IRON MAN 2 - various uses of AC/DC
ANT-MAN - "Plainsong" by The Cure - suitcase fight
WATCHMEN - "The Times They Are A Changing" by Bob Dylan - opening credits (some of the best ever)
KICK ASS - "Banana Splits" by The Dickies - Hit Girl's first appearance
KICK ASS - "Bad Education" by The Runaways - Hit Girl's attack on D'Amico's building
X-MEN APOCALYPSE - "Sweet Dreams" by Eurythmics - Quicksilver Xavier Insititute rescue
X-MEN DAYS OF FUTURE PAST - “Time in a Bottle” by Jim Croce - Quicksilver Pentagon scene
GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY - "Cherry Bomb" by The Runaways - pre battle/corridor walk
It helps that a lot of these are by bands I love.

The immediate thing that came to mind was the ending of Batman 89 as it plays those brass instruments as it pans up the cathedral to Batman standing and looking out into the sky.
Of what you mentioned, the Thor Ragnarok and X-men Apocalypse scenes would be in there. As for Guardians of the Galaxy, the song when Star-Lord is dancing at the start of the movie, the scene where he recovers the orb to Pina Colada and the opening to the sequel with Mr Blue Sky.

Times they are changing in watchmen
Cherry bomb, Come and get your love and Pina colada in Guardians of the Galaxy vol 1.
Immigrant song in Thor Ragnarok
Brandy (I actually like how the song tied into the story), Blue Sky, come a bit closer and Wham Bam in Guardians of the Galaxy vol 2.

Adding to others here: Ain't No Mountain High Enough- Marvin Gaye and Tammi Terrell
Love how they made it look like they were singing the song.

I love most of the music from most of the films...
But may favorite is...
When Iron Man makes his entrance during the fight between Captain America & Loki in "The Avengers" (2012), Iron Man hacks into the PA System on Black Widow's aircraft, to play AC/DC's "Shoot To Thrill"
