Every time I see TDKR, the lack of attention to detail gets more and more annoying. Reminds me of Singer with Apocalypse right after Days of Future Past. Make a great movie, then just get sloppy.  |

Wonder Woman by far.
The Dark Knight Rises was wildly disappointing for me. They wasted both Marion Cotillard and Joseph Gordon-Levitt. And JGL “saw it in Bruce’s eyes” that he was Batman? What a lazy piece of writing. And Batman’s been out of commission for eight years?! WTF?!
The Lazarus Pit was REALLY dope though. That’s my favorite part of the movie and I couldn’t think of a better way for it to be realistically interpreted.

Both very impressive movies. It's like asking which is better male or female.
Both will stand the test of time and leave all the juvenile white noise behind.

Why does the Lazarus pit need to be realistically interpreted? Batman is fantasy. It doesn’t need to be, but it would’ve been a drastic tonal shift in Nolan’s films if they kept it the same as in the comics. I wouldn’t want them to do it the same way in the current fantasy filled DCEU. |
