....aimed at women. The only wrong-doing, in their minds, might be that I never once paid them any attention. These people seem to want everything.
I say this in light of all the "women are the victims at the hands of men..." crap going down in Hollywood. I never touched a female in any way other than to hug family members or non-neurotic female friends. I am 100% gay and knowing that I have never done anything in the realm of their rant makes me feel very snug and smug and wonderful and that they have no clout here is just terrific.
I do feel sorry for the fellas, though. At least some of them, who likely got railroaded because they touched a boob 30 years ago. Never mind that said owner of boob had cleavage cinched up to her nose and pointed in his face. Never mind that she didn't say anything at the time.
All I can hope for my heterosexual brethren is that you are in a committed relationship with a nice, warm woman who loves and neither of you are touched by this special kind of weirdness.
To all other guys, I just think their lives would be so much easier in so many ways if they would learn to love the Kielbasa!

I have never wanted to switch teams, but at times I have wanted to stop playing the game altogether. Ironically, those were the times when women gave me the most attention. It seems that the more I've wanted sex, the less I've gotten it, and vice versa. My life has been one big Chinese penistrap.

Kevin Spacey is gay like you and he raped a bunch of kids. So you get a free pass because y'all prefer little boys to women? Nice logic over there in gay town.

It doesn't matter if you're gay or straight. If a woman feels like she's being harassed or threatened in any way, no matter what your sexual persuasion is then she should follow up on it. Gay men should not be exempt from any wrong-doing.

Hey Hey! I only feel licking men's testicles. Including, their smells, so I guess you could claim their tuna smell as a terrible offensive smell. Women are the aggressor. I feel like the dude next to me would like another fellow to fee him up.

Verbal assaults are considered to be a form of workplace violence. You should document in writing every time it happens and submit to your supervisor. Sorry to hear that you went through that!

If you think a woman can't be sexually harassed by a gay man, think again. One of my creepy former co-workers did just that. A couple of female co-workers, too. Of all the people I worked with at that job, the straight male co-workers were generally more professional and more respectful to their colleagues. One of the female supervisors liked to "flirt" with her younger male subordinates, who were generally pretty uncomfortable being with her. Another female supervisor allegedly assaulted a female subordinate while on a business trip. This kind of thing has always been going on in the business world, with very little acknowledgment, because everyone knows what REALLY happens when you try to report it to HR (the person who makes the complaint is often the one who suddenly is found to have an "unsatisfactory" job performance and pays the price). It's only now that Hollywood actresses have all of a sudden come forward with their "discovery" of widespread sexual harassment in the workplace.

I bet if she knew it was a form of harassment she wouldn't have done it. lol. no. she's a nice social friend and she was fun but she did pull a lot of bullshit and then when they'd hold disciplinary meetings regarding her absences she would pull the gay card. it was very frustrating working with her. i taught second grade and she was in second grade as well, along with another colleague. the other colleague had came back in September with bells palsy -- half her face drooping and everything so i knew she was not going to be able to be the grade leader. so i nudged gaycard and asked her who the grade leader would be... she looked at me weirdly and kind of pissed i had the nerve to ask and said YOU ARE. meanwhile, the last time i taught second grade dubya was in office! now that would be fine but she back seat drove the meetings. and then whenever we would have a big meeting with someone from outside the school [Teacher's College, whatever] she would insist on playing internet radio. and then would get pissed off when i would turn it down so that it was playing quietly in the background. there came a point when she was out for almost two weeks due to this that and the other thing and then came back on a day when we were supposed to meet and she cancelled the meeting! i am in charge for fuck's sake! i went to the teaching coaches office and burst into tears {i was under such stress because the office was bitching because it looked like we were not doing much} and they said "you meet with everyone else and we will sign off on her refusing to meet with you." finally i went to chat with the principal and she knew i was not happy when i closed her office door upon entering. i told her, gaycard refuses to cooperate when we do meet and she is indignant when we politely ask her to help make our time more productive. principal was very sad to hear this but then finally realized that all that had been going on was because of this backseatbitch. so principal talks to gaycard and then gaycard calls me out on me 'not talking to her first before tattling'. um. you're a fucking adult! take responsibility for your bullshit and then realize how we have talked to her numerous times. good news is that after that call out [which scared the shit out of me] the other teachers were calling me left and right to see if i was okay. the one with bells palsy left a lengthy message saying how sad she felt for me [she knew i went to the office] and she wanted me to know that she would back me up with the truth [all i ever tell] and that she was thinking of me. the kicker... when the next year rolled around and i became a 'specialist' [writing through art interpretation] the ap took a look at the grade binder and was pissed : WHEN MS DEEM WAS GRADE LEADER THESE THINGS WERE DONE! [cause i did them!]

It's only now that Hollywood actresses have all of a sudden come forward with their "discovery" of widespread sexual harassment in the workplace. That's so true about HR. I used to work in an office years ago that had a small HR office and if you had to meet with HR for a complaint your supervisor would hear about it before you got back to your office. And they're supposed to be confidential! As for the Hollywood actresses coming forward with their claims, they've actually been doing that for decades. It's only now, for the first time in history that it's being taken extremely seriously.

It doesn't matter if you're gay or straight. If a woman feels like she's being harassed or threatened in any way, no matter what your sexual persuasion is then she should follow up on it. Gay men should not be exempt from any wrong-doing. But first Mike, I think she needs to look at why she is feeling harassed or threatened and is it worth following up on. And why shouldn't this apply the same to men as well, even regarding pushy and threatening women? That's true but not every woman thinks the same. And it also depends on the type of threat or harassment experienced by the woman. In my last job I was told a true story about a woman who had her own office and, one day she invited a male subordinate to meet with her in her office. When he came in she asked him to close the door. They were reviewing documents and she needed some help on the computer. The guy went around the desk and tried to help her navigate the keyboard and mouse and at one point put his hand on her shoulder. The next week he was charged with sexual harassment. There were conflicting reports on what happened afterwards but it's a situation that could happen to anyone. As far as this woman was concerned, was she at fault to feel that it was sexual harassment if a man only put his hand on her shoulder? I would say no, depending on the situation and what actually happened and if she felt threatened or vulnerable at any time.

If everyone lived by your ethics, then people would be even afraid to even make a pass at somebody, without being accused of harassment. It depends on the extreme it is taking. I guess you're right. I guess it's because it's very pc where I work, everyone is so gosh-darned polite and no one wants to make any waves. It's like working in a Stepford Wives movie, lol.
