In your opinion? I have not seen any except for Fantasia and maybe the Lodger from 1926. I don't remember the music being too good in that second one. But Fantasia has good music. But there must be some that feature good music scores?

I would recommend Carl Davis' score for BEN-HUR: A TALE OF THE CHRIST (1925). Pretty much any silent film score by Davis (NAPOLEON, THE GENERAL, the Kevin Brownlow-David Gill silent film documentaries) is good.
An interesting score is Grigori Moroder's version of METROPOLIS (1926), although it features songs by Bonnie Tyler, Freddie Mercury, Adam Ant, Loverboy, Pat Benetar, etc.

...I'll second "Claudius" choice of the "Metropolis" reboot with the modern soundtrack....
