Any fans? She's my latest obsession. By far the best solo female artist I've discovered since Bjork, and I can definitely see the influence. I just love her tonal range, from the lightest, funnest, quirkiest, most humorous pop music, to really heavy, sad, beautiful, and profound artistic concepts; often in the span of a single album. Musically she's just as diverse, from straight-up solo piano ballads; to theater music; to dense, abstract, heavily sampled soundsapes; to 80s electronic background tracks. Some of my favorites that give an idea of the range: ^ If you can make it through the last one without crying, then you're a cold-hearted bastard with a heart of stone!

I was obsessed with her for many years. Bought a lot of import singles. Played The Kick Inside to death.

I've only heard the LPs and the recent live album; any good stuff on the singles that I'm missing? I find it hard to pick a favorite among her albums because of the diversity; but I think it's between Hounds of Love and Aerial for my favorite. I just love the idea of doing first-half pop songs and second-half conceptual suite, and she pulls it off brilliantly on both. The Kick Inside has some of her best "singles" though.

Adore the 9th wave still, but everything else I've played so much that I never really need to hear it for a few years.

I was obsessed with her for many years. Which of course prompted her to get that restraining order. Her last album is her best, in my opinion.

I'm a fan. I bought her Hounds of Love album (on tape cassette) when I was in high school.
