QUESTION - Your 10 Favorite "STAR TREK" Movie Villains ?

I haven't watched Discovery yet, so I'm just basing my list on the movies and previous tv shows.

1.) Khan (Ricardo Montalban) - Because he's a great character due to Montalban's charismatic performance.
2.) Gul Dukat - the main Cardassian villain from Deep Space Nine.
3.) The Borg Queen (from both First Contact and Voyager) - I know many have issues with a Queen being introduced, but Alice Krige and Susanna Thompson both do a good job in the part.
4.) General Chang (from Star Trek 6) - Love Christopher Plummer and he's fun in this role.
5.) Female Changeling from DS9 - Another great villain from the
6.) Weyoun (also from DS9) - Isn't it obvious which Star Trek series was my favorite?
7.) Silik (from Enterprise) - He was the green alien guy who battled with Captain Archer throughout the four seasons.
8.) Talosians - The big-brained humanoid aliens from The Original Series pilot, "The Cage" and later edited into the two-part episode, "The Menangerie"
9.) The Jem'Hadar
10.) The Gorn

The Xindi from the third season of Enterprise almost make the list for me.

I liked Harry Mudd, but I'm not sure I'd consider him a *villain*, as I felt he was more of a comical nuisance. Same with Q.
