Oh, I love Gennaro Contaldo! He's high among my favorite YouTube chefs.
Tonight is a small veggie pizza, with added pepperoni, from my around-the-corner pizzeria.
I'm trying to eat-down my freezer. So, tomorrow, I'll bake two chicken thighs, from my last cut-up chicken. I'm not sure, yet, what treatment I'll give them before baking ... lemon/garlic sounds good. We're coming into the best asparagus season, with fresh local quality, and very low prices, so I'll be on a "binge," for a while. About 6 stalks, steamed, is my perfect veggie side-dish.

My wife made a chicken pot pie and steak stir fry. I've been eating those all weekend because she's been working.

Well the weekend has come and gone but not the good eating for me. Going to be nice tomorrow so I am going on a 25 mile bike ride. When I get back this is what I am making. And with it I will have some hard-boiled eggs and red horseradish. Last but not least:
