Just for the record, the people I’ve seen who have suggested these things are people like Sargon of Akkad (a guy who regularly complains about feminism and political correctness) and Paul Joseph Watson (a troll who works for Alex Jones). That being said, these people have made the argument that because the movie features a homogeneous society that closes itself off from the outside world, that it makes it an alt-Right film. I personally think this is a load of crap, especially on count of the efforts from alt-Right trolls to sabotage the movie, in addition the ending to the film, but what are other people’s thoughts on the matter?

I've seen this pic floating around Facebook, so I've assume it was just trolls. DC-Fan would love the film if T'challa was Alt right.

I think there are going to be many confused people out there, wondering if their politics will allow them to like this movie, or not.

The irony of a black superhero from Africa of all places being compared to Trump by Trump supporters is so delicious I want to spread it on some toast and eat it with a glass of cold beer.

You mean, an absurd fantasy superhero from a fantasy place called Wakanda that will never exist--well, maybe in another Africa on another planet lol

The alt-right and Wakanda do have a fair amount in common. Where they differ is that the monarchy of Wakanda delivers on its promises to its people.

The extreme fringe's of any political group will always see whatever they want to see. But they are not even worth talking about.

They tend to be anti-Semitic. Plus, as much as I dislike Ben Shapiro, he’s not really much of a troll like alt-Right people are, and he isn’t much of a Trump fan.

The right has imbecil, asshole loud mouths like Tomi Lahren, Alex Jones and others. I think Ben Shapiro is more centrist than all of them (tho not a fan either), I respected that he was one of the few that went head-on bashing Roy Moore from the beginning of the sexual molestation allegations.
