BP - 200m OW - 625m Dom IW Part I - 240m OW - 590m Dom
Infinity War competition will be much stronger with Deadpool 2 and Solo weeks later.
Civil War had terrible legs and those directors are back again for IW and CGI villains generally suck

Whichever film prevails at the box office, Marvel/Disney still wins. Now go back to sleep, little one.

No matter which Marvel film wins - DC still lose.

Either way it was a great flick that legitimately felt different than what's come before. Everything about BP was fantastic. Characters, story, the blend of superior tech with tribal culture, the use of music in the action scenes and the inventive visuals. Just great stuff going on from start to finish. The moral complexity of the opposing viewpoints was the soul of the film. A villain who isn't necessarily wrong in his views always makes for compelling storytelling. Killmonger is more of an anti-hero than a straight up villain at the end of the day, and T'Challa knew it.
As others have mentioned on the board, the movie used humor to great effect but only sparingly; it really found that middle ground where other MCU films have gone over the edge. I can't say enough good things about this flick, easily in the upper echelon of MCU films.

There's a lot of dislike toward the movie also--IMDB Audience reviews readers vitriolic hatred for the film by ruthlessly downvoting any positive review is really weird, never seen anything like it--and RT's Audience Score from 55,000 people of 77% is rather mediocre, well below Wonder Woman's 89% or Dark Knight's 94%

I think they're hoping that high will carry over to IW. I mean, unless the trailer is lying to me (hehe) the bulk of the action is taking place in Wakanda.

That it's MCU vs MCU tells you everything about the DCEU.
