Male comic book fans. They are so friendly and kind to you in person but online a number of them are pigs. Well, it's easy to talk thrash when hiding behind a keyboard.

Not all of them are like this and I have male friends who are comic book fans that are decent guys but from my experience of being a female comic book fan online I have come across quite a few sexist idiots who think comic books should only be for men and hate us liking them especially when we know more information about characters than them.

I assumed no episodes survived of the 1950s Australian TV series "To Market, To Market"....However, today I learned that at least six episodes still exist....a tiny portion of the hundreds produced, but still.....
I also assumed that I wouldn't enjoy KISS's albums. In fact I've enjoyed most of the ones I've heard.

I was shocked to find out that the diesel exhaust contains various cancer-causing elements (though whether they are enough to be a concern, I don't know).

No one would want to watch ten seasons of the Kardashians, surely.

I really thought Hillary would beat Trump in the 2016 US Presidential election. By a landslide, too. You and 63 million other people.

When i was a child i used to think the world was black and white before i was born. And that color came into the world because i was born.

Ronald Reagan would never be elected president. The Colts would destroy Namath and the Jets in SB III. JaMarcus Russell would be a star. Y2K was going to be a big deal, at least for a few months.
That no one over the age of 8 mixed up to and too, lose and loose, your and you're, their and they're, ...
That when the 24-screen multiplexes came, they'd have a few screens with arts films, old classics, big screen spectacles like 2001 and Lawrence of Arabia, and foreign films.

I voted for Trump but I thought Hillary was going to win big time. I was so sure of it I did not even watch the election results on election night. Was I ever one happy camper when I turned on the TV the next day.

I thought I had watched every available film made by the Edison company in the year 1900, but it turns out there's lots more for me to watch.

About wanting to watch Dunkirk (2017). What an awful inaccurate movie. About 100 extras to play 300,000 men. The number of mistakes in it is horrendous.
