Each of these movie studios have a certain way of doing their action scenes, and each has pros and cons. I thought I'd take the time to list them as I see them:
DC - I think DC for the most part excel in having the most polished looking action scenes. They're great at framing the shots, make sure that camera angles aren't too close or shaky that you can't see what's happening, have great use of visual effects to impart the impact of each hit - whether it be via shockwaves from hits or the various use of slow motion and sped up shots. DC is great at making their action scenes look epic and well produced.
The problem with DC action scenes is they usually have crappy choreography. Most of it is just guys whacking each other back and forth. Just look at the Superman vs. Zod fight where they do nothing but charge and punch each other. Even Wonder Woman, who has arguably the best moves set among their heroes, start to become repetitive when she keeps doing the same moves over and over again. Most of the time, the action scenes are beautiful to look at but just don't have a lot of substance. The best example of this is the Batman vs. Bane fight in TDKR. Cinematography was awesome, they set the scene beautifully, made it look epic... but the choreography was so darn slow and clumsy.
MCU on the other hand is the complete opposite. They have awesome choreography. The fight moves are very intricate and very imaginative. They tend to be very creative, whether it's the multiple ways Cap uses his shield or how Thor uses Mjolnir or Black Panther's capoeira-influenced fighting style... etc. The best example of this is in Civil War where you see different characters each use their powers in unique fashion, and none of this simple back and forth brawling. Even purely h2h fights are very well done (see Cap vs. Bucky or even Thor vs. Hulk).
The main problem is that the MCU has a habit of filming very up close and with a lot of shaky cam. As beautiful as the fight scenes are, it makes them hard to see. Look at Black Widow's fights in CW and Avengers, or Thor and Loki's fight in the first Thor movie, or Thor and IM in Avengers. The MCU also has this way of lighting and color-grading that makes the fight scenes look... well, cheap.
Finally, the Fox movies are just kinda meh. They neither have the superb choreography of the MCU nor the polished feel of DC. What they do have is they tend to create the coolest looking scenes every now and then. Quicksilver's scenes, the Nightcrawler hallway fight, even Magneto's London Gate feat. The Fox movies seldom have that great action scenes but every now and then they end up with the most memorable ones.
